Terms and conditions of sale
Between the undersigned,
Marie MAYRAN, sole proprietor representing Let’s French Together, whose registered office is located at 26 rue Edmond Rostand, 31200 Toulouse, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 954 069 480 00018,
Hereinafter referred to as THE PROVIDER,
AND
Client X,
Hereinafter referred to as THE STUDENT,
The Provider and the Student named above are collectively referred to as “the parties,” or individually as “the party.”
Article 1 - Purpose
French Lessons for Expat Toulouse
This contract is a service agreement with the purpose of providing the following services: group and individual French lessons.
Article 2 - Price
In consideration of the services defined in Article 1 above, the Student shall pay the Provider the sum of 33 euros per person per hour for the individual service totaling 36 hours.
Article 3 - Payment
French Lessons for Expat Toulouse
Payment for the courses must be made between the 1st and 5th of each month by bank transfer. Payment is a condition for the Student’s registration. Without payment, the Student will not have access to the courses.
Invoices will be issued at the end of the month and sent to Students upon request.Les factures s’émettront en fin de mois et seront envoyées aux élèves qui le souhaitent.
Article 4 - Delay
During a Zoom video call, the Provider will wait for Students for a maximum of 15 minutes. If no Student appears after this time, the lesson will not be rescheduled, and no refund will be given. If a Student is late, the lost time will not be made up.
Article 5 - Date Changes and Cancellations

Both the Provider and the Students have the right to change the date of an already scheduled Zoom video call if this is done more than 24 hours before the start of the lesson. In this case, all members must agree on the new time slot. If they fail to agree on a new time, the lesson will remain as initially planned.
No cancellations are possible. If a Student cannot attend a lesson, no refund or reduction will be made on the original price.
Article 6 - Validity and Rescheduling of Lessons
Purchased lessons are valid for a maximum period of 3 months from the date of the first lesson. Lesson rescheduling must be done within this 3-month period. Beyond this period, no rescheduling or refund will be possible.
Article 7 - Force Majeure
The Provider is not responsible in cases of fire, flooding, interruption of energy or Internet supply, as well as total or partial strikes of any kind affecting the proper functioning of the company.
Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal
French Lessons for Expat Toulouse
If the Student no longer wishes to take lessons and wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the decision must be notified by email within 30 days.
Article 9 - Confidentiality
Personal data provided by each Party is protected by applicable laws and regulations on personal data, particularly Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), which will be used for the execution of the Contract.
Each Party undertakes, if it obtains or becomes aware of personal data/documents belonging to the other Party, to process them in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations on personal data.
Article 10 – Disputes
French Lessons for Expat Toulouse
In case of dispute, the Provider and the Student agree to seek an amicable solution in good faith.
By signing this contract, the Provider and the Student agree to respect the terms outlined above.
